Age 17 – Joined Sisters of Loreto

September 10, 1946 – Received the inspiration for the Missionaries of Charity on the train to Darjeeling ("Inspiration Day")

1950 – The Missionaries of Charity were born

April 16, 1984 - Lay Missionaries of Charity were founded by Fr. Sebastian Vazhakala, M.C. in the presence of Saint Teresa of Calcutta

September 5, 1997 – Died

October 19, 2003 - Beatified

September 4, 2016 - Canonized
